Our clients commissioned us with converting this 1953 Royal Spartanette Spartan to a bath house for their vintage camper resort. Obviously, this project was a total rebuild and includes a myriad of customizations.  The finished trailer includes two full bathrooms with a closet separating them. Each bathroom has a double sink vanity, a commode, a urinal, a padded bench, and a double-headed spa-type shower. The industrial flooring has flecks of black, white and turquoise to accent the colors of the ceramic tile and the countertops. Every aspect of comfort was considered when building this camper.  The temperature of the bath house is always comfortable due to the central air system, and the built-in speakers provide music for the guests. Privacy is guaranteed because the "vacant" signs turn to "occupied" when the doors are locked. This trailer has been very popular with the guests of the resort and has been one of my favorite projects.
